Les Greco-anglo-allemands devraient sortir leur nouvelle galette en mars 2007 et sur un nouveau label, Frontiers Records (qui signe pas mal de groupes ces temps-ci je trouve).

En espérant qu'il soit aussi bon que Thunderdome...

Frontiers Records has announced the signing of German/British melodic hard rock outfit PINK CREAM 69. The band is currently working on the follow-up to 2004's "Thunderdome", tentatively titled "In10sity" (a reference to the fact that this is PC 69's tenth regular studio album), for a March 2007 release.

PINK CREAM 69's lineup of David Readman (vocals), Alfred Koffler (guitar), Dennis Ward (bass) and Kosta Zafiriou (drums) recently added a new guitarist, Uwe Reitenauer, who has been part of the band's live shows since 2003.

"The new song material is definitely more powerful with the two-guitar attack, but still keeping the trademark of catchy melodies and strong choruses," said drummer Kosta Zafiriou.

According to a press release, "fans of melodic hard rock can expect a mixture of the strongest elements in the PC 69 style, combined with a state-of-the-art production by Dennis Ward."

Frontiers Records has set a March 23 European release date for the new PINK CREAM 69 album, entitled "In10sity".

For a number of reasons "In10sity" is a special album in the band’s history. On the one hand it marks the band's debut for their new label, Frontiers Records. On the other it is the band's tenth regular studio effort and celebrates the group's 20th anniversary.

Three years after their critically acclaimed "Thunderdome" album, PINK CREAM 69 is strengthened by the addition of second guitarist Uwe Reitenauer. The new CD was recorded from October 2006 to January 2007 at the famous House Of Music studios near Stuttgart, Germany and was once again produced by Dennis Ward. Besides a truly dynamic and explosive production the album blows the listener away with a blistering set of songs.

Commented drummer Kosta Zafiriou: "Thanks to the addition of Uwe Reitenauer as second guitarist, we have the opportunity to realize many ideas on guitars where we previously used keyboards. The new record is much more guitar-driven than our last productions."

PC69 nous avaient déjà sortis de très mauvaises pochettes à l'époque de DERIS.
L'album s'annonce donc plutôt très bien! :D

j'avais raison l'album est très bon. Plus pêchu (effet du 2ème guitariste?) et plus inspiré que ses prédécesseurs avec des tubes à la pelle. ;)

enfin bon pour en revenir à la comparaison PF et PC 69, pas beaucoup de rapports en effet. Y en aun on va dire que c'est du pur heavy metal pur te dur et l'autre de hard/metal mélodique.
